This configuration article of the maXYmos BL process monitoring system (Type 5867C) allows the order entry with the required configuration according to the type code. The maXYmos BL stands for basic-level process evaluation of X-Y signals in classic assembly stations, test systems and in machining equipment and offers a cost-optimized solution for challenging tasks. In contrast to the 5877B top-level all-in-one solution, the 5867C basic-level version is available in specific hardware combinations regarding measurement input, mounting/operation and connectivity.
Application
The focus of this process monitoring system range from simple, single-channel force-displacement monitoring to parallelized batch processing with up to eight devices with shared X signal as reference. The feature set with line, box and calculative evaluation already enables sophisticated evaluations. The system makes it possible to reliably and independently monitor and document the quality of an individual production step and supports those responsible for quality with ensuring process stability.
Integration
The maXYmos BL can be fully integrated into a plant control system via industrial Ethernet, but also via OPC UA. The C-Version of 5867 finally is optimized for similar behavior as the top-level Type 5877B system. With the integrated display, the maXYmos BL can be operated as an independent system to instrument individual workstations. Alternatively, a headless version is available, which can be operated still remotely via VNC, encrypted browser based access, or just via switching signals. Quality data can be stored on a server via a production network or retrieved via USB stick for isolated operating instruments.
