Ce couplemètre à 6 composantess mesure toutes les forces et les moments correspondants sur les trois composantes orthogonales. Toutes les forces et tous les moments sont capturés sous forme de signaux physiques piézoélectriques et n'ont pas besoin d'être calculés. La configuration de mesure unique de ce capteur force-moment multi-composantess permet une conception extrêmement petite et compacte. Par conséquent, des modèles concis de processus dynamiques et quasi-statiques tridimensionnels sont possibles même dans des installations étroites. Capteurs de force-couple piézoélectriques à 6 composantess précontraints avec deux brides de montage. Mesure les forces et les couples de réaction dans les directions de la traction et de la compression. Une force ou un couple de réaction génère une charge électrique proportionnelle. Celle-ci est transférée par une électrode au connecteur correspondant. Le couplemètre multi-composantess est constitué de disques de quartz de grande surface et est donc très rigide. La fréquence propre élevée qui en résulte est une condition préalable à des mesures de force et de couple hautement dynamiques. Les deux connecteurs tripolaires V3 neg. sont dotés d'un verrouillage anti-torsion. Un connecteur pour les signaux de force et de couple. Après avoir été correctement installé, le couplemètre à 6 composantes est immédiatement prêt à l'emploi sans recalibrage.
