Scopo della posizione
The Service Engineer is responsible for providing services and support to our customers and colleagues. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. You will report periodically to your direct superior, offering detailed insights into service activities, opportunities, customer challenges, and other related matters to ensure clear visibility on current and future service needs

Performing services and repairs at customer site and/o in the office (Mold validations, Start ups, trainings, calibrations, etc.)
Technical assistance on site, by phone or remotely
Create and follow-up quotations by using corporate tools (SAP, CRM, etc.).
Develop product and service sales and develop new services
Creation and translation of technical documentation and press releases
Support on marketing events (seminars, exhibitions, etc.) including contents and equipment together with the involved sales engineers and marketing team
Management and maintenance of computers and other equipment of the company (communications, infrastructure, etc.) and IT management of devices and the own network in Kistler
Build and maintain customer relationships
Reporting services visits and activities
Periodically plan and organize your workload to continuously improve efficiency
Yearly active learning of all Kistler products to offer added value to customers and sales engineers
Keep workplace clean and organized according lean office principle
Keep strictly confidentiality for the received information.
Follow without any exception Kistler “Code of conduct”, data protection law, IT rules and other group directives
Il tuo profilo
Technical knowledge in mechanical, electronics or/and mechatronics. Valuable university degree
High capacity of self-learning
Minimum 3 years of experience of the similar position with good technical records, knowledge of Kistler products is a strong plus
Used to work with multitask and high degree in autonomy
Availability to travel (up to 50%)
Valuable networking in the automotive, aerospace, R&D institutes and universities
Appreciated knowledge in PLC, calibration (accredited and traceable), IT networking, fieldbuses and measuring technology
Industrial maintenance experience
A proven track record in similar hands-on, customer facing roles
Willing to develop knowledge not only on Kistler products and technologies, also for application know-how to provide added-value to customers
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, flexible and good team player used to work with targets
Good knowledge in Microsoft office
Fluent in speaking and written English
Driving licence with a clean record
Availbiliy during the weekend
