- Assist with the recruitment process, including candidate search via job boards, social media, and university relations
- Conduct phone screenings with candidates and coordinate interviews for various positions
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks
- Support in preparing HR documentation
- Participate in job fairs and other HR-led projects
Dein Profil
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR (mainly recruitment)
- Experience with LinkedIn search and screenings is welcome
- Communicative and well-organized personality
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Flexible and adaptable approach to different situations
- Proactive team player with a results-driven mindset
