Customer-specific vision system for 100% inspection of continuously produced stamped parts / KVC 621

Dimension, contour and surface inspections of continuously manufactured products are of crucial importance in the stamping and electroplating industry. Flexible in design, the customized optical inspection system KVC 621 (machine vision inspection system) enables 100% inspection at a speed of up to 6 000 parts/min. With different camera configurations and the fully integrated, easy-to-use Kistler image processing software KiVision with macro commands specifically designed for stamping, the system is quickly available. Important options such as cutting out non-conforming parts are equally available as other optional assemblies for the KVC 621. The software also enables the statistical analysis of the inspected components and the generation of quality reports.
