Vision system for 100% inspection of continuously produced stamped parts / KVC 621 SE

Dimension, contour and surface inspections of continuously manufactured products are of crucial importance in the stamping and electroplating industry. The standard machine vision inspection system (optical inspection system) KVC 621 system enables 100% quality control of these products at a speed of up to 4,000 parts/min in an extremely small space. With 1 to 3 cameras and the fully integrated, easy-to-use Kistler image processing software KiVision with macro commands specifically designed for stamping, the system is quickly available. Important options such as cutting out non-conforming parts are equally available as other optional assemblies for the KVC 621. The software also enables the statistical analysis of the inspected components and the creation of quality reports.
