These fork light barriers with integrated electronics contain the transmitter, receiver and electronics in a robust fork-shaped aluminum housing. This enables easy installation without time-consuming alignment and simple electrical connection via a 3-pin M8 plug or a free cable end. The infrared light transmitter (IR) is ideal for dirty environments and the switching function (NO / NC) can be set via the light/dark switchover. Thanks to the high resolution and repeat accuracy, exact position control is possible even with fast movement sequences, for example for feed and position control.
