Your typical day
Research on related China government regulations, market dynamics, customer insights, and competitor analysisSupport BU Plastic in coping with changing market conditions and purchasing behaviors and business modelsResponsible for PL customer training project in China Support Plastic sales team and customers for Plastics business development and strategy execution in China with strong application know-howImplement the tasks of internal exchange with global and local counterparts, customer education, strategic accounts & partners & projects development Identify leads, prospects and customers, and nurture them to be loyal customers with the Business center and sales teamCollaboration with BU/TEC/sales in defining and adjusting product/application/solution portfolio based on market requirementsDevelop and introduce new applications in the China market with the global AE team
Your profile
5-8 years prior experience in molding injection application sales, technical training, and business development positionEngineering, technical background in molding injection market and Affinity with test and measurement equipment Creativity to develop new business areasStrategic and analytical thinking, Sense for economic trendsStrong communication & negoatiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking, Quick learner and TeamworkerFluent in English, speaking and writingProficient in Outlook, Office, CRMWilling to travel
