DTI375

Line of DTI-based (Digital Transducer Interface) in-dummy data recorders designed to capture measured data from crash tests, all stored in a central memory.
Main features / advantages
  • Very small and lightweight for high level of integration
  • Direct assembling in crash test dummies
  • Recording measuring values from 72 to 288 channels per recorder
  • Significant reduction of in-dummy wiring
  • Optimized recorders for specific dummy types
  • Memory with up to 300 s measuring data recording at 20 kHz sampling rate
  • Start of Record functionality for guaranteed data recording
The data recorder serves as the core element for recording in-dummy measuring values on behalf of the DTI technology (Digital Transducer Interface). The data recorders can be used for recording measuring values of up to 288 channels through its signal interface module. For power supply on the connected DTI bus, each DTI port has its own short-circuit proof control unit. The overall current is restrained by the power rating of the attached UPS power supply. In addition, each DTI port has its own RS-485 driver and receiver for data transmission on the bus.
