This robust cylindrical load cell series was made for use in rough industrial applications. The measuring element inside the body carries a strain gauge full bridge which outputs a voltage directly proportional to the measurement variable on the application of a force. The load application ring for receiving compression forces is an integral part of the sensor. The measurement force must be applied centrically and without any transverse vectors. Please ensure that Type 4570A force sensors are mounted on a smooth and even surface.
