Type 6125C ground-isolated piezoelectric cylinder pressure sensors use a PiezoStar crystal with high sensitivity in a compact sensor design. The optimal adaptation of the sensor to the new crystal package with pressure resistance design allows very low thermal sensitivity shift and excellent linearity. Good decoupling of the measuring element and an improved connection for the signal cable make these pressure sensors even more rugged: these are key factors in ensuring excellent signal quality, even with direct installation. The ground isolation of the sensing element allow interference-free measurements even if ground-potential differences between engine and measuring system exist. Type 6125C sensors are compatible to the mounting bore of Type 6124A pressure sensors.
