5015A

These 1-channel laboratory charge amplifiers are suitable for generic measurement applications with piezoelectric sensors in the laboratory environment.
주요 특징 / 장점
  • LCD and rotary knob for operation and configuration
  • Extremely wide charge and frequency range
  • Optional Piezotron input (IEPE)
  • RS-232C interface
  • Optional IEEE-488 interface
  • Extensive signal evaluation and statistics functions (min, max, average, peak-peak, etc.)

The Type 5015A universal laboratory charge amplifier can be used wherever mechanical quantities are measured with piezoelectric sensors. It covers slow, quasi-static signals, as well as dynamic processes. Piezoelectric sensors produce an electric charge which varies in direct proportion with the load acting on the sensor. The charge amplifier converts this charge directly into a proportional output voltage. The 5015A charge amplifier is operated and configured via LCD and rotary knob. Thanks to the extensive signal evaluation and statistics functions, it can display min, max, average and peak-peak values as well as reference deviations, in addition to the live value. Integrated low-pass and high-pass filters allow the measurement signal to be prepared for subsequent processing. Thanks to the integrated RS-232 interface the device can be configured and operated from remote. Optionally an IEEE-488 interface is available. The charge amplifier is available as desktop or 19” rack version.

What are the differences between the charge amplifiers 5015A and 5018A?

The 5015A features a 0.5 kSps DAQ. Additionally, extreme values, averages, and deviations from a defined reference value can be directly read on the display.

The Kistler 5018A is distinguished by its globally recognized charge amplifier, considered one of the best worldwide, mainly due to its extremely low noise level. The signal latency is significantly lower at 2 μs compared to the 10 μs of the 5015A. Furthermore, the 5018A is equipped with a drift compensation specifically designed for engine measurements.

Is there a desktop conversion kit available for the laboratory charge amplifier 5015A?

To convert a rack mountable version 5015A0... into a desktop version 5015A1... please use the desktop conversion kit (Kistler ID: 65014833).
