Purpose of the position
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be in a charge of multiple HR disciplines, which makes this job interesting and not boring at all . You will play a vital role within our organization, which enables you to shape our procedures, but culture & spirit as well.
Your typical day
Local Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner and provide HR support to the local management and team leaders (e.g. employee relations issues, performance management, and employee development).
- Develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding and Offboarding Processes:
- Contribute to the effective onboarding programs for new hires and coordinate offboarding processes.
- Draft offers, contracts, job-descriptions, etc
Global Activities:
- Contribute to global HR initiatives, projects, and policies.
- Maintain and update local HR policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with global standards.
- Act as the owner of the personal data project, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Employee and Management Counseling:
- Offer confidential and objective counseling to employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related issues, including performance, career development, conflict resolution, and employee well-being.
Future Potential:
- Global HR analytics and data management.
- Cooperation with HRIS & People analytics manager
- Demonstrate ambition and readiness to take on global responsibilities as future needs arise.
- Relationship with external partners for temporary external resources
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to provide HR counsel and support to employees and management.
- Willingness to work with data (e.g. reporting) and contribute to the projects related to HRIS
- Proficiency in HR information systems and data analytics tools.
- Analytical, systematic, and organized person
- Willingness to travel occasionally (once per quartal)
- Experience with salaries, salary bands and calibration to market data is a plus
