High-end process monitoring system maXYmos TL for industrial manufacturing / 5877B

The maXYmos TL (Top Level) process monitoring system captures, analyzes and evaluates XY curves of two interrelated measurands. The measurement curves enable to control the quality of an individual stage of production, an assembly or the product as a whole.

5877B

The maXYmos TL (Top Level) process monitoring system captures, analyzes and evaluates XY curves of two interrelated measurands. The measurement curves enable to control the quality of an individual stage of production, an assembly or the product as a whole.
Main features / advantages
  • Cascadable process monitoring system (up to 8 XY channels)
  • Wide range of evaluation objects (up to 10 EOs per curve)
  • Dynamic referencing of EOs in X and Y directions
  • 108 measurement programs and 20 master programs
  • Ethernet connectivity plus choice of different fieldbus types
  • Multiple data export formats, e.g. Q-DAS, QDA9, IPM 5.0, XML, CSV, PDF
  • Warning and alarm messages, e.g., NOK in series

The maXYmos TL stands for top-level process evaluation of X/Y signals in classic production plants, test systems and in manufacturing.
The maXYmos TL ML stands for top-level process evaluation of X/Y signals in the manufacture of medical devices and fulfills the requirements for process monitoring according to FDA and MDR.

Application

The functions of this process monitoring system range from simple, single-channel force-displacement monitoring to complex multi-channel applications with up to eight cascaded devices for each independent channel pair. With a large selection of powerful evaluation objects, even very complex X/Y curves can be evaluated.
The system makes it possible to reliably and independently control and document the quality of a single production step of an assembly, or of the entire product. This provides production and process managers with the statistical evidence they need to increase OEE by improving quality.

Integration

The maXYmos can be fully integrated into a plant control system via industrial Ethernet, or fieldbus, but also via OPC-UA.
With the optionally available display, the maXYmos can be operated as an independent system to instrument individual workstations. Alternatively, it can be operated remotely via VNC, encrypted browser access, or just switching signals.
Quality data can be stored on a server via a production network or retrieved via USB stick for isolated operated instruments.

The photos and illustrations show the product partly with accessories, as well as in the application context.
Certain features must be purchased with a license and may require updated firmware. Please refer to the data sheet for order scope.
