Mounting studs for acceleration sensors / 84xx mounting studs
84xx mounting studs
Stud mounting is the preferred mounting of an accelerometer to test a structure, it yields the broadest usable frequency range.
Main features / advantages
- Multiple thread connection options
- Made from beryllium copper or stainless steel
- Different stud lengths for use across multiple accelerometers
Mounting studs are used to form a rigid connection between the accelerometer and the test object and is machined from beryllium copper or stainless steel for high strength and high modulus of elasticity, coupled with high elastic limits. It is available in different thread sizes, with imperial and metric threads at opposite ends or as a thread converting insert.
